DGS Series marble gang-saws are designed to cut marble blocks using the block lifting technology, with a fixed blade holder frame. They are available in two models, with a cutting width of 2000 and 2500 mm and can be fitted with up to 100 blades to cut 20 mm thick slabs. Aytas Akin Mermer company, in Turkey, has installed n.4 DGS 2000 model machines for cutting blocks along with one complete polishing line for marble slabs with polishing machine 18 heads and one bridge cutting machine.
